History: He died a very long time ago. A man by the name of Clock-Work reanimated his body with parts of a clock. He was named Vieo, the Latin word for Stitching Though visibly he doesn't look as if he is clockwork. He has skin and even the normal lifting of his chest as he breathes. If closely inspected though you can see stitching across each arm and his legs. If you tried to listen to his heart you would hear ticking in it's place. This has been used to Clock-Work's advantage and given Vieo great strength and agility.
Skills: Super strength and agility. He can also fix just about anything.
